There are four teams consisting of 4 to 6 men and women that rotate throughout the month. Teams usually meet on Saturday mornings and it takes about an hour to set up and a little time on Sunday to clean up. There are checklists and photos so it’s easy to remember what to do. It’s fun to work with the beautiful linens and vessels!

The church has lovely vases; you can choose to arrange the flowers yourself or take the vases to the florist and ask them to make an arrangement in the church vases for you. Save your receipts and turn them in to the office for reimbursement. There is a signup schedule every three months.
After the Sunday services the ushers get the flowers down and take them to the Narthex. Many weeks the rector takes the flowers on parishioner visits. Other times members of the guild deliver them to parishioners.
