Ash Wednesday Services and Stone Soup Supper!

We will start our Lenten observancs this year on Wednesday, Feb. 14 with a service at 6:45 am, 8:00 am (chapel service with the students), and 6:00 pm.  St. Thomas will offer Drive-thru Ashes in the semi-circular drive from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm.  There will be a STONE SOUP supper immediately following the 6:00 pm evening Ash Wednesday.  As you go into church, there will be a large pot of vegetable broth in the kitchen into which you are invited to put your choice of chopped vegetables.  A handful per person is sufficient. After the service we will share a delicious pot of soup, good bread and fellowship.  Suggested vegetables:  carrots, celery, onions, green beans, corn, potatoes, cabbage, peas, spinach, diced tomatoes, or whatever your favorite vegetagle may be..
