St. Thomas parishioners and school families have been collecting toys and gift cards for the women and children supported by Bay Area Turning Point. These families are often in crisis situations and leave their homes with nothing. St. Thomas members took an enormous amount of unwrapped gifts to the shelter where they will be sorted by age and gender. Then the mothers will get to go “shopping” for their children and volunteer will be there to wrap the gifts for the family. This is just another example of how St. Thomas gives with open hearts and hands to the community around them. It is a blessing to worship here. Call 281-333-2384 for more information.
