St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church is partnering with Mercy Tree during Holy Week. Mercy Tree is a non-profit ministry that feeds homeless persons in the Clear Lake area. St. Thomas is going to provide clean feet, socks, and new shoes to someone chronically homeless in our community. We will supply a lunch and foot-washing on Maundy Thursday, March 24, and we need your help collecting shoes for men, sizes 9-14, and 6-packs of socks to share. Please bring new shoes or socks to St. Thomas by Thursday, March 24. Any addtional shoes collected will benefit the chronically homeless of Houston, through the Beacon/Dunn Center at Christ Church Cathedral.
