Ashes To Go!

Ash Wednesday is approaching, but you may have commitments that make a traditional church service difficult during the week; kids, work, meetings, sports, dinner, homework, etc.  St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church in Nassau Bay will be offering Ashes to Go, an opportunity to receive ashes, Eucharist, and prayer via drive through, on Wednesday, February 10 from 11:30 am  – 1:30 pm, right off of San Sebastian and Upper Bay Rd.  If a worship service fits your schedule, you are enthusiastically invited to St. Thomas’s Ash Wednesday services at 6.45 am, 8.30 am (the St. Thomas Episcopal School service), and 6:00 pm with a Stone Soup Supper to follow.  For our Stone Soup Supper, please bring a handful of chopped vegetables to add to stock before the 6:00 pm service.  After the service, supper will consist of soup, bread, and small sandwiches.  We hope to welcome you to St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church for renewal and fellowship during this most holy of times.  Please contact Cathy Jones atcathy@sttaec.org, or call 281-222-2384 if you have questions.
